Where's the pastrami? Overall Score: 8.4 Value: 9 Cost/12 oz serving: $ 1.79 Overall Impression: Another winner from Founders! Serving Type: 12 oz Look: 7 Hazy golden color with floaties, medium head fizzles to nothing, no lacing Smell: 7 Fruity, honey Taste: 8 Passion fruit, slight raspberry, wet grass, Belgian funk
Mouthfeel: 7 Thin with low carbonation Drinkability: 7 I should have decanted. There was a shit load of sediment! Overall Score: 7.2
Value: 6 Cost/12 oz serving: $ 2.73 Overall Impression: I had this beer in a bomber a few years ago and remembered it being better than this 12oz bottle from the four pack. No date so I don't know how old it is. The flavors were just meh. No fruit really jumped out. I will probably stick to drinking the Gran Met from now on. A pass for me.

Overall Impression: Not my favorite R.I.S. It did taste better than the last one I had (maybe due to some cellaring) as the beer warms, more notes come through. I met Brian Boaks at the Philly Winter Beer Fest and he told me that the beer was aged a year before distribution.
