Reviewed By: Herr Mike Style: Scottish Ale State/Country: Indiana ABV: 6.5% Serving Type: 12 oz Look: 8 Murky brown color, tan head fades fast, sticky lacing Smell: 8 Earthy, peat, smoke Taste: 8 Caramel, earthy, malt, wood, raisins, chocolate Mouthfeel: 7 Dry with medium carbonation Drinkability: 9 An easy drinking brew. I could do another. Overall Score: 8 Value: 9 Cost/12 oz serving: $2.17 Overall Impression: I got this beer in a trade and heard a lot about this brewery so I was expecting something awesome. The beer was good but not awesome. Maybe I'm used to Wee Heavy's that have a little more punch but I would still recommend it if you enjoy the style.
