Reviewed By: Herr Mike Style: Double/Imperial Stout State/Country: Pennsylvania ABV: 11.3% Serving Type: 12 oz Look: 7 Pitch black color, no head, no lacing Smell: 9 Coffee, chocolate, spice Taste: 9 Coffee, chocolate, chili peppers, booze, cinnamon Mouthfeel: 8 Medium dry with low carbonation Drinkability: 9 Pretty easy drinking. Not that much heat from the peppers. More of an alcohol kick at the back end. Overall Score: 8.4 Value: 8 Cost/12 oz serving: $3.50 Overall Impression: Not a bad Stout but there wasn't that much of the Mole thing going on for me. The peppers were present but they didn't dominate. There was more coffee and chocolate than anything. The beer has a fair amount of alcohol at over 11% but it was easy to drink.
